i)   Capital Markets

ii)   Working Capital Management:

Keystone professionals understand that cash flow is the lifeblood of any business. Effective cash flow management is important, regardless of a company’s size, industry, stage or financial condition. Keystone assists financial institutions and equity stakeholders with customers / investments that are in default or showing signs of financial frailty.Keystone’s workout assistance services are based on agreed upon procedures and may include (i) preparing a business plan, (ii) stabilizing the cash flow, (iii) reducing costs, (iv) debt restructuring, (v) capital raising, (vi) the performance of, or placement of, the CRO. Our experts and strategic business partners have a reputation for achieving extraordinary results and are capable of decision making that assists the conflicting stakeholders in reaching workable agreements.The Turnaround process is multi-faceted and many activities must be done in parallel. An important part of the process involves planning for the future, another involves negotiation with stakeholders to retain short term viability and allow time for the business to be fixed. The important elements of the Turnaround include (i) Preparing the Business Plan, (ii) Stabilizing the Cash Flow, (iii) Reducing Costs, (iv) Debt Restructuring, (v) Capital Raising, (vi) the CRO. Keystone has the ability to function as an outside consultant or as the CRO (Chief Restructuring officer) reporting to the CEO and/or owner to implement and coordinate these activities.

iv)   Debt Restructuring

Keystone specialists appreciate the needs of borrowers and capital providers, which is instrumental when negotiating and restructuring debt on behalf of customers. We have deep-rooted relationships with senior financial institutions, subordinated debt sources, and other capital providers. We have in-depth knowledge of the capital markets and options available to our clients to ensure that our clients obtain the best possible terms. We provide a rational, calm sounding board for all parties during any negotiation.We work with our clients to prepare financial forecasts which project achievable, realistic financial performance and capital requirements. We create robust cash flow forecasts which are based upon tested assumptions, take into account the potential impact of unforeseen events and demonstrate that our client has the ability to support any debt servicing requirements.We work on our client’s behalf with their capital providers to restructure or refinance their debt. This may involve waiving covenant violations or restructuring covenants, modifying payment terms or lending facility structures, subordinating debt, settling debt obligations for less than face value and finding new sources of capital, where appropriate.

v)   Office of the Chief Financial Officer:

Keystone, through a working agreement with a non-affiliated strategic partner, has access to an exclusive group of Consulting Chief Financial Officers each with an average of more than twenty years’ experience in corporate financial and executive management across a broad spectrum of industries and organizations. Our experts are capable of stepping into the position of the Chief Financial Officer for client companies on either an interim or permanent basis.
