Keystone Business Consultants, LLC, established in December 2007, is a multi-disciplined specialized third-party services organization with experts and non-affiliated product partners strategically located throughout the United States. Experience and Professional Status

Keystone’s two managing directors have over 65 years’ experience in the commercial middle-market having sourced, structured, and closed over $1 billion in loan transactions. While our managing directors have been based in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 40 years they have conducted business throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia offering clients of Keystone a broad knowledge base of cross border business activities and an important source of global contacts.

In addition to holding all required software licenses, local, state, and federal business permits Keystone also maintains both General Liability and Professional Liability (aka: Errors & Omission) insurance with firms rated A+ (Superior) or better by A.M. Best and A+ (Strong) by Standard & Poors.
